Who handles your request

PorchIntro is Robert Rosario’s agent-introduction service. Contact robert@robertrosariorealestate.com about your request or privacy preferences.

What we collect and why

When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, optional property address for sellers, preferred call time, move deadlines, prior agent contact and listing details, buying or selling plans, location, timing, budget or estimated home value, property type, financing readiness, current agent relationship, notes, and contact preferences. We use these details to review your plans, contact you personally, and determine whether an agent introduction makes sense. Please do not submit account numbers, identification documents, credit reports, or other sensitive financial documents.

Where your request goes

Your request is stored with our website hosting provider, OpenAI Sites, and sent through Brevo to Robert’s email inbox. Those providers and the email provider process the request to deliver and maintain the service. Every inquiry goes directly to Robert for personal review. No agent is contacted automatically.

If you decide to proceed with an introduction, Robert will personally arrange the referral and coordinate sharing relevant contact and move details with the people handling your introduction, including the receiving agent or brokerage. Their handling of information is subject to their own privacy practices. We do not distribute your request to a list of competing agents.

Your contact choices

Submitting the form permits personal contact about your request. It does not subscribe you to newsletters, automated texts, or marketing campaigns. A future check-in is optional. You can withdraw that preference or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing Robert.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS and limit access to inquiry information. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers and submission counts help prevent abuse. Hosting and email providers may also maintain operational logs. We retain inquiry information as needed to handle your request, document any referral, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact Robert to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related purposes.

Advertising and tracking

We save campaign labels and ad-click identifiers included in the link you use, together with your inquiry, to understand which campaigns generate requests. These details go to Robert with the request. The form also offers an optional Google Ads measurement choice, off by default. If you opt in, Google may use cookies, ad-click identifiers, your IP address, browser information, and a random request reference to measure a successful submission. We do not send your name, email, phone, address, budget, or move details to Google, and do not enable enhanced conversions or personalized remarketing. Declining measurement does not affect your request. You can turn the choice off before submitting and clear advertising cookies in your browser. Agent introductions and fees

An introduction does not obligate you to hire an agent. Agent availability and fit are reviewed individually. The receiving brokerage may pay a referral fee if a referred transaction closes, under a separately agreed arrangement. Agent services, representation terms, and compensation are agreed directly with the receiving brokerage.
